prysmicdorkMeh. You know. I think, sometimes, that my body is self aware. Like, aware separate from the awareness that is me.
Because, okay, today I've been thinking about getting another piercing done and I set aside today, all nice and empty once classes are done.
So what happens?
My period starts.
Theory. My body knows I want to poke more holes in it and reacts by putting me in the hormonal equivalent of "don't touch it, don't look at it".
It's the Gaia theory on a smaller scale.

Date: 2002-04-19 01:29 pm (UTC)This is more due to a familial annoyance calculation though. It always seems a good idea to give my mum at least a week to get used to things, before facing large numbers of family. Which are decending all weekend.
So have postponed till next Friday, hopefully post-menstral and with a good two weeks till I have to see any of them again.
Heh. It'll be so nice not to have to think about that ;)
